Planning and managing the relocation project ensuring all elements are correctly executed is a full time exercise. There are anything from 160 to over 200 executable items on the project plan. In today’s business environment, there is little spare time for staff members to give the due dedication and attention to a relocation project.

We have been there and done this many times before and have the experience to take all elements, down to the lowest detail into account for a risk free relocation. Internal staff are not expected to carry such experience and elements may be overlooked, coming to the fore at the last minute, increasing the risk.
